As this is a custom-made product, we do not accept returns/refunds under any circumstances, unless specified in cases as mentioned below.
Extended warranty of 3 years applicable only on purchase of enclosure case box, which is Rs.1750 additional for single doll and Rs.2550 for couple (includes laser engraved wish text of the customer's choice), prices subjected to change without notice. Warranty is applicable only on natural cracks and de-colouration only. Physical damages due to mishandling will be fixed on extra charges as applicable.
The basic size of the doll would be 7inches in height and fixed heads. For Bobblehead, it would cost Rs.1350 additional per person, which is subject to change without notice.
Delivery time required is 6-10 weeks and is subject to change form time to time based on the volume of orders in our production queue.

We offer Full Customization from head to toe (You can customize the posture, the dress and accessories, with separate picture for each).
The photos are expected to be of good resolution with clear facial features. Straight angle smiling faces with both sides of cheeks and ear lobes equally seen, enabling us to understand the facial shape and get the resemblance right.
Ordering Process & Product Terms

1) Orders can also be placed through www.mycutemini.in/buy by uploading the photos directly and payment can be made online too. (or) We also take orders over E-mail, WhatsApp and Facebook chat. Photos can be sent as described earlier, which we will review and confirm the final price.
2) After confirmation of the pictures and the price from us, payment can be made online through the link www.MyCuteMini.in/pay using credit/debit card or netbanking.
(or) You can make a deposit / transfer to our bank account which we can provide on request.
3) Once the payment is confirmed, we start the production and deliver in a maximum time period of 10 weeks, depending on the type of order placed.
For PREMIUM orders, the head resemblance proof is sent to the customer via email for their approval before finalizing the doll. If we do not get a response for the proofs sent within 36 hours, we proceed with the process, after which no change could be made with the face.We do not use software matching for face resemblance matching for PREMIUM orders and the customers approval confirmation is considered final.
For REGULAR orders, we promise a minimum of 50% resemblance for face, which is mathematically matched with face recognition software. We can bring a rough look like similarity of the dress and posture, and exact dress design and anatomy might not be possible.
The enclosure box is an additional accessory and has to ordered separately. The doll will not be fixed on the frame base to prevent damage during shipping. A double side adhesive sticker will be fixed below the doll which can be peeled and stuck on the frame base of the enclosure box.
The transparent material of the enclosure box is acrylic sheet or plexi glass, and we reserve the right to use the appropriate material based on the availability of stock.
The base frame design of the enclosure box is subject to availability and the listing images is posted for reference only.
Order cancellation fees of 20% of total order value is applicable if the customer wants to cancel the order within 24 hours once placed, before starting production. However, we may not be able to cancel the order once the production has started, even within the 24 hour period.
The refund for the order cancelled will be sent back to the original mode of payment within 30 working days from the request for cancellation.
Only the head sculpt comparison will be sent for customer approval. The body and hair would be made as practically feasible based on our best judgement and wouldn't be sent for customer approval.
Requirement photos once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the customer requires any specific change from the base requirements, it would be charged extra and delivery date would be affected depending on the complexity of the change requested.
A maximum of two rounds of revisions would be made with the head sculpt, beyond which if the customer still requires corrections, the delivery might not be made within the date requested.
Sculptures usually look better in person than seeing in a picture. Due to this, the final picture of the product might not be shared to the customer as it leads to lots of judgemental expectations beyond practicality.
Returns are accepted only under the circumstances of broken on arrival (to be reported with photograph of the broken doll within 2 days from the date of receiving). In such cases, the customer is requested to send us the dolls back, which we would fix and send back again.
For international shipments and parcels outside India, any import duty levied by the respective country is supposed to be paid by the customer and MyCuteMini is not obligated for any sort of import duty charges levied. The obligation of order fulfillment ends once the tracking details are emailed to the customer. The shipping cost if ordered with the enclosure box is separate and is based on the destination country.
We reserve the right to deny accepting the order and to cancel the accepted order with/without refund anytime before the delivery date due to practical issues that might raise up in production process due to the nature of the art. We do not hold responsibility for inconveniences incurred due to any such circumstances of cancellation or delay and once cancelled/refunded we do not hold any obligation or compensation of any sort. Customer/user discretion and risk advised before placing the order. In adverse cases of any customer making a claim on damages caused for whatsoever reasons, the maximum amount of charges that can be claim is less than or equal to the charges / payment made by the customer for the product.
